Community Programme
The ArtLink Community Programme was launched in 2017 with the aim of bringing visual art workshops to children and youth from underprivileged communities in Singapore.

For each edition, Art Outreach works closely with an artist-facilitator to develop a series of meaningful art appreciation and art-making workshops that engage participants while exploring important values to build their self-awareness, empathy, and resilience. The sessions give participants the chance to delve into a variety of themes, experiment with different art mediums, and actively engage in group discussions to deepen their exploration of art. Previous workshops have covered topics such as printmaking, papermaking, and paper mache.

To date, we have collaborated with 16 social service agencies, including: Beyond Social Services, TOUCH Community Services, Lakeside Family Services, TRANS Family Services, Young Women’s Christian Association, Life Community Services, Children's Wishing Well, HOPE Centre, TASEK Jurong, Marymount Centre, Singapore Children’s Society, and Blessings in a Bag. We have also extended the workshop to seniors where possible.
