Off the Wall is a sustainable exhibition series initiated and organised by Art Outreach Singapore, inviting artists to live-paint large-scale murals in Art Outreach's space at Gillman Barracks over two months. The resulting works are photographed in high resolution and made available as limited-edition fine art prints for public purchase, channelling revenue back to the artists and Art Outreach's non-profit programmes.

The third edition, ‘LETTER/FORMS’, presents works by BEINGS, Chong Wah and NIC.K — three artists whose practices are anchored in the visual language of graffiti. In their hands, the alphabet and letterform become more than tools of communication; they are the foundation of identity, movement and abstraction. NIC.K approaches graffiti as a form of urban calligraphy shaped by rhythm and flow, exploring how identity and tradition are encoded in the evolution of lettering across cultures. Chong Wah integrates movement, rhythm and form across graphic design, illustration and visual storytelling, drawing fluidly from street culture. BEINGS transforms graffiti letterforms into shape-shifting figures that challenge traditional ideas of the human form, constructing an imaginative universe where street culture, identity and fluidity converge.

For this edition, Art Outreach's space becomes both studio and showcase as the three artists live-paint murals that stretch the expressive possibilities of the letterform — letters stretched, distorted and reconfigured into forms that embody rhythm, energy and narrative. Visitors are invited to witness the process unfold in bold and unexpected ways.

By platforming artists working in graffiti and urban art, ‘LETTER/FORMS’ reflects Art Outreach's commitment to championing plurality and underrepresented practices within Singapore's contemporary art landscape, while sustaining an equitable model that supports artists and the organisation's broader non-profit mission.
