3 ply fabric construction with dense weave allows a good balance of breathability and protection. Add a filter to make it 4 layers of protection.

Surgical masks can fit into the filter slot by making a small fold at the top/bottom

Insert surgical mask with the metal band at the bottom instead of the top as it prevents our fabric mask from having a good fit around the nose; Alternatively cut off the metal band
