Join us on the frontline of art-making in Singapore! Art Outreach is looking for a full-time
Project Manager to help steer an exciting line-up of programmes leading up to and during
Singapore Art Week 2026. This is a 6-month role (September to February) where you’ll get to
be part of the action from first ideas through to opening nights.
What We Offer
A front-row seat to the build-up to Singapore Art Week, with projects that stretch from
major exhibitions to public art activations and community-driven programmes.
The thrill of seeing things you worked on take shape in real life, from planning documents
to installations that people will actually walk through, talk about, and remember.
A tight-knit team that works hard, laughs often, and finds joy in creative problem-solving.
And yes, we know you’re reading between the lines... it’s going to be hectic, messy, and
occasionally chaotic, but also unforgettable, rewarding, and a lot of fun!
What You Offer
At least 2 years of related experience, which might be in event management, marketing,
or any role where you’ve learned to keep projects on track and stakeholders happy.
A knack for juggling multiple moving parts while keeping calm, focused, and solutions-driven.
Strong organisational skills, and you enjoy making sure the trains run on time even when the track looks a little bendy.
The ability to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life, whether artists, sponsors, or volunteers.
An adventurous spirit and willingness to pitch in wherever needed, especially in the run-up to big events.
A genuine interest in art and a desire to play a part in bringing meaningful projects to life.
