Opening Reception for The Pierre Lorinet Collection 2026 - Digging Stars

Join us for an exclusive evening to celebrate the unveiling of Digging Stars, held during Singapore Art Week 2026. This private reception offers VIP guests a rare opportunity to view Ibrahim Mahama's first solo exhibition in Singapore.

Curated by Clémentine de la Feronniere and Francesca Migliorati, the fourth edition of The Pierre Lorinet Collection features new fabric works, collages, photographs, and video by Mahama. Mahama’s practice approaches material as a living archive shaped by labour and circulation. Marked by movement across borders and many hands, it carries traces of trade, migration and uneven economies. His large-scale installations make these histories tangible, inviting reflection on how materials and sites hold social and political memory.
