About the event
The Art Outreach Basecamp is designed as the public-facing counterpart to the Art Outreach Summit, complementing its mission by fostering inclusive dialogue and engagement during Singapore Art Week. While the Summit provides a professional development platform for emerging and mid-career practitioners, the Basecamp serves as a starting point—much like its name suggests—for wider audiences to explore innovative ideas and collaborations in the arts. Together, the Basecamp and Summit create a holistic programme aimed at strengthening Singapore’s position as a vibrant arts hub.
