Volunteering with Art Outreach

Art Outreach's dedicated team of Volunteers make it possible for art appreciation education to be received in an ever-increasing number of Singapore schools. All volunteers receive content-specific training, as well as training in presentation skills, enabling them to deliver an Art Outreach lesson with the objective of stimulating further interest in the arts. Volunteer teachers take a different portfolio of themed artwork to a class each month, and engage students in exploring the various aspects and sensibilities of the featured portfolio.


I agree that:

  1. As a volunteer presenter with Art Outreach, I am entitled to free Art Outreach art appreciation training lessons with a commitment of conducting a one hour school presentation per month. (Please note that the volunteer coordinator will work with all volunteers to find suitable days and times for each presentation).
  2. I will do my utmost to commit to the training lessons and classroom presentation dates and times.
  3. I am responsible for the quality of the Art Outreach presentations that I conduct, and will undertake therefore to prepare adequately for every scheduled presentation, which includes but is not limited to:
    1. Ensuring that I learn the materials by Art Outreach for each scheduled presentation; andli
    2. Conducting each scheduled presentation as recommended by the Art Outreach Volunteer Guide.
